Free Ask an Expert Program
The CCCSWA awarded a
mini-grant in 2004 to Build It Green (formerly the Green Resource
Center) to expand its free Ask an Expert program to CCCSWA-service area
residents and businesses. This program provides customized responses to a
variety of green building questions for building professionals and the
general public. Questions can be submitted by phone (1-800-40-GREEN),
on-line (http://greenresourcecenter.org/AskAnExpert.php),
or in person at the BIG office.
Green Materials Database
This database lists green building products, local suppliers, and
service providers. The database is regularly updated to reflect the
local availability of materials, development of new materials, and other
newly available information. To search this database, please go to

Certified Green Building
Professionals
Build It Green offers a comprehensive Green Building Professionals
Certification course that is open to all California building
professionals (contractors, architects, interior designers, real estate
professionals, etc.). To learn more about this training opportunity

Green Affordable Housing Coalition
This
