 *Eligible nominees include custodians at schools in the CCCSWA service area, including Acalanes, Lafayette, Moraga, Mt. Diablo, Orinda and Walnut Creek school districts. One winner from each eligible school district will be chosen each school year.  A CCCSWA review committee will judge nomination forms.  Winners will receive a $250 gift certificate redeemable at local vendor(s). Applications for the 2007/08 school year are due no later than May 1, 2008.
