About Recycling and Green Waste Collection Issues

The CCCSWA would like you to know that Valley Waste Management, beginning today, is resuming regular weekly service of your recycling and green waste carts. Please set out your green and burgundy recycling carts for collection on your normal service day.

Teamsters from outside the area chose to set up a picket line at Valley Waste Management's (VWM) facility again this morning, interrupting VWM's ability to collect recycling and green waste material. VWM plans to service customers as soon as the situation allows, and is asking customers to pull in their recycling and yard waste carts for the time being. When the situation is resolved, the company will resume service on your normal collection day.

If your recycling or green waste carts are full, please bag your materials (recyclables and green waste separately) for future Recycling Only Cleanups.
